• Edited document is not delivered before the deadline
• You request refund within 1 hour after the order payment
• You are double-billed
• The instruction for editing is not followed by the editor

Rules on Settling Disputes:

• You may not request refund if edited document has been already emailed
• You may request refund if edited document was delivered with a delay in case when you provided the file for editing after the order’s payment
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of editing service, you should first contact us prior to seeking assistance of the third parties or initiating a charge back
• Refund requests are not addressed if edited document was delivered more than 14 calendar days ago.
